What is an AI readiness assessment?
A structured check of whether a workflow has a decision-making owner, accessible representative data, a stable process, acceptable risk and a measurable outcome. Sudo Sapient's 25-point version scores each dimension out of 5; 20+ means ready to build.
Readiness is most useful when scored per workflow, because the same company can be ready to automate invoice matching and not at all ready to put an agent in front of customers. Our 25-point version scores five areas (owner, data, process, risk, measurement) with yes/no checks: 20 or more means build now, 13–19 means fix gaps first, and 12 or fewer means pick a different workflow.
