What should an AI transformation roadmap include?

A ranked list of workflows with scores, the first build's owner, metric, baseline, time-box and definition of 'in production', the next two candidates, governance notes and a review date. It should fit on one page.

A useful roadmap is a ranked list of workflows, not a list of technologies. For each workflow it names the owner, the metric and its baseline, the data source, the risk level and the target quarter. It also names the shared components to build once and reuse (ingestion, review UI, logging, eval harness) and the governance step that kicks in once several systems are live.
