Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Model Context Protocol (MCP): An open protocol that standardises how AI applications connect to external tools and data sources through MCP servers exposing tools, resources and prompts.
Why it matters
MCP matters because it lets one integration serve many AI clients: a company can expose its data or actions once as an MCP server, and any compatible assistant can use them. It does not solve authorisation by itself, so access control, auditing and rate limits still need to be designed. This hub runs its own read-only MCP server.

- Agent2Agent (A2A): An open protocol for AI agents to discover each other's capabilities, typically via an agent card, and exchange tasks and messages.
In practice
In a Sudo Sapient sprint, this is a building block of AI Product Development: agents, copilots and AI-native features shipped in 6–10 weeks. Sudo Sapient's services describe the scope.
