# AI transformation roadmap

**AI transformation roadmap:** A ranked sequence of workflows to redesign with AI, each with an owner, a metric, a time-box and a definition of 'in production', reviewed quarterly against measured results.

## Why it matters

A good roadmap is short enough to fit on one page and specific enough to act on: workflow, owner, metric with baseline, data source, risk level and target quarter. It should be revised every quarter as shipped systems reveal what is easy and what is hard in your organisation.
