In four stages: Discover (1 week), Prototype on real data (2 weeks), Build with integrations, evals, guardrails and telemetry (3–6 weeks), and Ship with production code, documentation, dashboards and first-month support.
Discovery maps the workflow and its exceptions, confirms data access, and agrees one metric with a baseline. The prototype is a narrow slice running on real data with a real model and a first eval set. The build adds integrations, guardrails, review paths and telemetry. Shipping includes shadow mode, go-live, a runbook, owner training and support through the first month, with the goal that the client can run the system without the studio.
